Job Description
- Checking accounting documents and books on a daily and monthly basis.
- Control daily/monthly cash flow balance, give warnings when cash flow shortage/surplus for the Company.
- Control monthly/yearly financial statements, promptly informing the Board of Directors when there is a change from the expected profit plan.
- Check tax reports, contact and work with tax authorities when required.
- Manage the departmental budget in compliance with the Company’s regulations.
- Cooperating with the operation department to give the best service to customer & support to solve problems.
- Participate in creating an organizational structure
- Participate in building the accounting management system.
- Participating in setting up, training, and continuously improving processes, ensuring employees and related departments/departments understand and comply with the implementation.
- Organize confidential storage of records, documents and related documents at the request of the Company.
- Improve the professional capacity of the staff
- Check and supervise the compliance with the company’s processes, regulations and rules.
- Periodically organize training of accounting personnel on specialized skills, and improve professional skills. Exchange and share experiences in order to improve other necessary soft skills at work.
- Monitor, remind and evaluate employee performance. Proposing rewards and punishments for employees in accordance with regulations.
- Propose and implement recruitment.
- Other tasks assigned by the Direct Manager.
Job Requirements
- Candidates from 32 years old and above
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Major in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or related fields.
- Over 05 years in the position of chief accountant of medium and large companies
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…) and accounting software.
- Knowledge of accounting operations, analyzing indicators on reports.
- Knowledge of accounting standards, Circulars and Laws, taxes.
- Management, communication and decision-making skills.
- Presentation and change management skills.
- Ability to work independently, interact and coordinate well.
